Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If this Privacy Policy conflicts with the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy regarding information covered by that policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy will control for that information.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, applications, or services independently operated by third parties. Those parties process information according to their own privacy notices.

Sanislink interest forms are not intended to collect payment-card information, shipping addresses, government identification, medical information, health data, or unnecessary telephone information.

3.8 Verified Wear-Hour Records
For certain operational, eligibility, service, or ecosystem functions, Sanislink may retain minimized verified wear-hour buckets or related ledger records.
These verified wear-hour records are operational summaries and do not themselves contain raw heart-rate, HRV, SpO2, skin-temperature, motion, or sleep telemetry.

Where a separate marketing checkbox is presented, it is optional and is not intended to be preselected.

Sanislink and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies to:

Shopify’s automated Cookie Banner is used in configured regions.
Where the Cookie Banner is available, visitors may accept, reject, or adjust non-essential cookie and tracking preferences.
Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the Services from functioning properly.
9. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
The official Sanislink online store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify processes information about your access to and use of the store to provide ecommerce hosting, checkout, payments, customer accounts, security, fraud prevention, analytics, personalization, and related services.
Information submitted through the store may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers located in countries other than the country where you reside.
Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled for the Sanislink online store.
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may securely use information relating to your interactions with the Sanislink store together with information from your interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services.
These enhanced services may include:
• security and fraud prevention;
• improved Shopify products;
• store and customer personalization;
• analytics and measurement; and
• advertising-related services.
For certain processing activities, Shopify may act as an independent controller and may be independently responsible for responding to requests concerning its processing.
Sanislink does not intentionally use raw wellness sensor measurements for cross-context behavioral advertising or intentionally provide raw wellness sensor measurements to Shopify Network Intelligence for advertising purposes.

10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Sanislink does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary payment.
However, certain disclosures or processing through Shopify, Shopify Network Intelligence, analytics providers, advertising providers, or similar services may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.
Eligible consumers may exercise applicable opt-out rights through the Data Sharing Opt-Out Page or “Your Privacy Choices” link available through the Sanislink online store.
Where supported and legally required, the Services also process Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request for the applicable browser or device.
Depending on available technology and account association, an opt-out may apply to the browser, device, or customer account through which the choice was submitted.
An opt-out does not prevent processing required for:
• order fulfillment;
• payment processing;
• account operation;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• customer support;
• legal compliance; or
• non-targeted advertising.
11. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose information when you request, authorize, direct, or consent to the disclosure.
12. Data Minimization and Purpose Limitation
Sanislink aims to collect and process personal information that is reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purposes.
Temporary raw payloads, prompts, diagnostic information, or working copies used in certain backend processing may be deleted, minimized, or de-identified after use where technically and operationally appropriate.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose of processing, the customer relationship, legal requirements, security needs, and any pending dispute or investigation.
Account deletion requests may be subject to a 30-day grace period.
Signing in during the grace period may cancel the account-deletion request.
Deleting an account does not automatically resolve a pending order, return, refund, support case, dispute, or existing annual service-period record.
After the applicable grace period, Sanislink will delete, de-identify, or restrict account-related information as appropriate, except where retention is permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, support, or operational purposes.

Order, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, and supply-chain information may be accessed by authorized personnel in the United States, China, and other operational locations where necessary to fulfill or support an order.
Raw wellness sensor information is intended to be processed through authorized backend systems and is not intended to be routinely accessible to manufacturing or fulfillment personnel.
Where required by applicable law, recognized safeguards may be used for international transfers, including adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual addenda, data-processing agreements, or other lawful mechanisms.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to:
